What equipment do I need?
If you have access to a gym you can choose to follow the gym based training plan.
For the dumbbells only training plan I recommend using a set of medium/ heavy dumbbells between 8kg and 12 kgs, and a set of light dumbbells 2-3 kgs.
How can I access my plan?
The e-guide is instantly ready to download once the order has been placed. It can be downloaded multiple times simply clicking on the link on your confirmation email.
