About me

As a qualified level 2 and level 3 personal trainer, I can help you lose weight, gain muscle or simply improve body composition.

I will guide you through your progressive training plan tailored to you and your goals. Alongside your workouts, you’ll get the support, advice, and motivation you need to make healthy choices and stay active outside sessions.

I will help you build long-lasting healthy habits for a better lifestyle, including nutritional advice aligned with your training plan and goals.

For my female clients, my training plans are designed to optimise hormonal health by cycle syncing your workout plans.

Locations

  • Online personal training: Get a 4 or 12 week plan to follow by yourself, tailored to you.
  • Nuffield Health Fulham: Personal training in a fully equipped gym. Membership required and session to be purchased at the club.

28 Day workout plan

If you don’t want to invest into a personalised plan, you can get a 28 day workout plan you can use for a lifetime. You can adapt it to you own time schedule, cycle phases and current fitness level.

No, however you will get the money of the initial consultation back when purchasing your first pt package of 5 or more sessions.
